Christ… what the hell did you use to film it with a box brownie? Great footage spoiled by crap production.

Only thing on the modern Triumph bikes that isn’t British is the engine blocks. They are made in Britain, but the steel is from Spain in lumps. Hardly making it “not real” or “not British” is it?

That guy that says they aren’t British doesnt know his arse from his elbow. The boys in Hinckley would have a differeing opinion on this matter seeming as its purely engineered and assembled there.

Every OEM will resource out to other countries and companies and thats a fact. If they didnt they wouldnt be financially competitive and go bust. E.g. Honda will make very little in Japan, it will be made in neighbouring countries with cheaper labour.

Just because a part doesn’t say ”made in…” doesn’t mean that’s not it’s country of origin (to the know it all down the page). The Triumph Rocket three is infact all British. From it’s design to it’s manufacture. The triple cylinder engine is totally origional and unique to the bike. It’s an engineering Triumph in it’s own right, and a HUGE leap forward in cruiser develpment. All British, I promise.
